The bottom line is that I want you to be happy. As long as we communicate with each other we can work out an issue. You will be communicating with me, a real person, the artist that creates this stuff. Of course if things go well there may eventually be a helper, but we will cross that bridge when we come to it.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
I really hope you love what you bought, but in the event that you don’t, I accept returns within 14 days. Just shoot me an email first at email@example.com Let me know you are sending the item back and why. As long as it is in unused condition I will refund you your hard earned cash once I get the return. If a package arrived damaged, please include a photo of the box when contacting me.
We’ll split the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defect, in which case the return is on the house.
Your privacy matters to me. I will never sell your information, or try to steal your soul or your sole. My shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by Paypal, which has a buyer protection program and an excellent level of security on transactions.
If you’re a United States citizen, and you are a California resident, you’ll notice a % sales tax charge at checkout. That’s because we’re located in the same state and as much as I would like to avoid it, the law says we gotta pay the tax man.
Orders ship 10 days after you place your order. Since I am a one woman show, this time may increase if I am backed up on orders. I will be sure to communicate this with you of course. Your treasures ship via USPS Priority mail and should be delivered within 3 business days of sending. Please send a message if you’d like tracking info. Place your order before November 7 for delivery by Chanukah and December 1 for delivery by Christmas. Unfortunately we still need to be prepared for shipping issues related to Covid-19. My shop will close on major holidays.
